Excellent service. Knowledgable doctors and very nice staff. Highly recommend! Drs Person and McGuire are both professional and compassionate/understanding to their patients concerns and needs. I had tried hearing aids a few years ago only to end up frustrated with them. This time around was a totally different experience. If there is a question that they cannot answer they will reach out to whomever necessary to find the answer. I also deal with tinnitus and Flex Audiology was the only place that offers tinnitus cognitive behavior therapy to learn how to manage my tinnitus. No, tinnitus cannot be cured but it CAN be managed to help you lead a healthier/happier life. I myself am in the healthcare profession and know what to look for as far as quality care. I would not hesitate to recommend Flex Audiology to anyone who has hearing needs.
